At the Laax mini park the nutter did a rail run wanting to try her own version of favourite snowboarder Torstein Horgmo's well known park runs. Now it is nothing compared to what sir Horgmo would do and it could have been a lot better, but meh it was fun and that's what counts, hahahaha!!!!

Nat ATTACK'S Europe!!!!
So having never experienced the shred outside of Scotland Natalie embarked on an EPIC trip to Switzerland and Tignes. Week 1 was with Synergy Snowsports on their first ever park tour 6 parks in 6 days!! Natalie was lucky enough to have won this trip from taking park in the Scottish Lowlander series, WOW!!!!
We went to Scuol, Lenzerheide, Davos, St Moritz, Laax and Arosa!! It is a totally different experience hitting snow park features coming from dry slope but is amazing, just not enough time to try out new things as as soon as you'd sorted your run in to the kicker or got the feel for the rails it was time to leave and off to the next park the following day!! It was inspiring going to all the parks and seeing the set ups and dudes riding there, getting an idea of the possibilities that each park feature held!!
Lenzerheide
Arosa
St Moritz
Laax
Scuol
Davos
So with the park tour done and dusted it was off on an EPIC 12 hour trip to Tignes, 5 trains later and I was there!! Staying with Ben Kinnear while out there doing some pre course BASI training with Alliance it was an amazing week for sure! Lot's improved with my riding on snow and I got to ride the European X-Games half pipe which I loved, it's so much fun :) The jib home with the Alliance crew was a highlight for sure and on the last day I got to ride some Tignes powder, such an amazing trip!!!!
Over the 2 weeks it really opened my eyes to what's out there and the possibilities with snowboarding. I think Rumbles had the right idea when he said Radstorm should do a season together, imagine all the rad shizzle we'd get up too, it would be AMAZING!! Although even a snow holiday somewhere would be good too!! As I did miss riding with you dudes!
Keep a look out for a vid of a rail run through the mini park in Laax!!!!
Slackers, hahahaha!!!!
We've been pretty slack on the ol blog recently, mainly because radstorm have been dotted all over the place whether on their travels or busy with uni and work, etc, No excuses, honest..... We will try and step up the radness, YEAH WE WILL!!!!

An EPIC Snowy Adventure.....
What to do mid week when you've got a day off work and no uni, weeelllll go on a snowy adventure of course!!
The day started at 8am where Natalie picked Gav up and headed to Barry's house once there Barry's car was loaded up, with the arrival of skier and camera man Craig Blyth we were all set to go, YEAH!!
Where to I hear you ask, well Natalie had seen some pics of deep snow at Glen Tanar, it looked amazing but alas when we got there it was not quite how we'd pictured it, damn!! After driving along a single track road covered in snow we came to a fairly steep hill that was a bit too much for the car to get up, that and there was a mob of gnarly sheep blocking the way!! Craig was straight out of the car with his camera chasing after them to get their photo's, they even ventured up to us but gav and barry were on hand to scare them away, haha!!
Barry rather happy after scaring away the sheep!!
Earlier in the week radstorm had acquired a long peice of rope, so now to leave Glen tanar in style with Gav and Natalie being towed behind the car all the way back to the main road with Blyth hanging out the boot taking photo's!! Along the way we met a tractor and an old man walking that gav tried to high 5, bet they don't see that everyday, haha!!
Natalie wiping out Gav, hehe!!
Now on to the Lecht we went tally-ho.....
We were met with blue skies no wind, perfect conditions, stoked!
Here's Craig Blyth standing next to the HUGE walls of snow at either side of the road,
Lot's of fun was had riding everything the Lecht has to offer saweet!! Blyth had scoped out a wind lip that we went and sessioned for a lil bit getting some photo's and footage. The boys were doing their front flipping, some interesting flips were had for sure!! while Natalie just straight aired off them, having not done anything like this before, good times :)

A rad fun day was had by all and it did'nt finish there, after some pizza at Barry's house we headed to Garthdizzle for the bumps round of the carpet burn cup!! Keep a look out for some edits of footage of our day of fun :)
Now will leave you with this, haha...... only Gav could turn from gangsta to gay in a day!!!! (Sorry gav but it's just too funny!!)
A big thank you to Craig Blyth for taking all these awesome photo's :)
